The sports part came later. I didn’t grow up cheering for a team or glued to the TV on Sundays, but all that changed when I joined a fantasy football league. Suddenly, game day became a thing in my house — and to keep my hands busy while watching, I grabbed my yarn.

Now it’s tradition.
